Sanofi Can't Nix Shareholder Suit Over Zimulti

Law360, New York (March 30, 2011, 7:10 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday largely denied Sanofi-Aventis SA's bid to toss a putative securities class action accusing the French pharmaceutical giant of withholding information from investors concerning anti-obesity drug Zimulti's tendency to cause severe psychiatric problems.
