Corbis Aims For Quick Win In TV Star's Image Use Suit

Law360, New York (April 7, 2011, 3:31 PM EDT) -- Corbis Corp. asked a California federal court Wednesday to rule against a former star of “The Partridge Family” in a putative class action accusing the photo licensing company of using celebrities' likenesses without their consent, claiming federal law bars the allegations.
