Small Biz Group Sues DOD Over Raytheon Records

Law360, New York (April 8, 2011, 3:58 PM EDT) -- The American Small Business League filed a Freedom of Information Act request in California on Wednesday over documents that it alleges could show the U.S. Department of Defense and Raytheon Co. conspired to keep contracts from small businesses.

In a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the small business advocacy organization accused the DOD of withholding the documents and failing to properly respond to repeated requests for the records.
