Middleman In $32M Insider Trading Case Pleads Guilty

Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 6:16 PM EDT) -- A mortgage broker involved in a $32 million insider trading scheme based on stolen mergers and acquisitions tips from a former attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC pled guilty on Monday in New Jersey, according to prosecutors.

Kenneth T. Robinson copped to two counts of securities fraud and a conspiracy charge in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey for his role in an alleged 17-year scheme between Matthew Kluger, a Wilson Sonsini corporate attorney, and stock trader Garrett Bauer....
