Bail For Ex-Sonsini Atty In $32M Insider Trading Case

Law360, New York (April 15, 2011, 3:36 PM EDT) -- Matthew Kluger, the former Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC mergers and acquisitions attorney implicated in a $32 million insider trading scheme, was released from custody Friday in New Jersey on a $1 million bail package.

Magistrate Judge Mark Falk of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey sent Kluger to monitored home detention in Virginia after his parents posted $500,000 cash to secure the $1 million bail bond, according to Rebekah Carmichael, a spokeswoman for the U.S. attorney’s office in Newark, N.J....
