Playmate's Hubby Denies Online Poker Fraud Charges

Law360, New York (April 19, 2011, 4:32 PM EDT) -- The husband of a former Playboy playmate pled not guilty Tuesday in New York to allegations that he defrauded banks in order to help online poker companies process billions of dollars in illegal payments.

Standing beside his lawyer, William R. Cowden of Mallon & McCool LLC, defendant Chad Elie, 31, entered his plea in Manhattan federal court on the heels of marrying former playmate Destiny Davis in a Las Vegas wedding chapel on Saturday.
