DOD Says Ex-Contract Audit Manager Harassed Workers

Law360, New York (April 20, 2011, 8:09 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense, following up on its pledge to monitor workplace complaints at the Defense Contract Audit Agency, reported Tuesday that a former manager in Texas had created an unprofessional workplace by publicly berating auditors.

The report by the DOD's inspector general reviewed six workplace complaints submitted from the DCAA's Central Region field office in Irving, Texas, generally agreeing with the agency's internal assessments of the complaints and the steps taken to correct them.
