Baxter, CSL Look To Nix County's Blood Plasma Suit

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 6:51 PM EDT) -- Baxter International Inc. and CSL Ltd. asked an Illinois federal court Friday to nix a California county's putative class action accusing the blood plasma product makers of colluding to drive up prices.
