Specific Media Ducks Class Action Over Web Privacy

Law360, New York (April 28, 2011, 10:56 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday dismissed a putative class action alleging Internet advertiser Specific Media Inc. violated federal and state computer fraud and privacy laws, saying the complaint did not allege a concrete injury.
