Juror's Health Impedes Rajaratnam Deliberations

Law360 (May 2, 2011, 6:55 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in New York on Monday agreed to suspend jury deliberations for a day in the insider trading trial of Raj Rajaratnam in order to accommodate a juror's unspecified medical issues.

Following hours of closed-door discussions over the matter, a representative for U.S. District Judge Richard J. Holwell released the announcement to members of the press gathered in the Manhattan federal court.
