Swift Drivers Seek To Dodge Wage Claim Arbitration

Law360, San Francisco (May 9, 2011, 4:06 PM EDT) -- A group of interstate truck drivers embroiled in a labor dispute with Swift Transportation Co. urged the Ninth Circuit on Monday to order an Arizona federal court to rule on whether their claims are exempted from federal arbitration rules.
