Judge Says Affinity Can't Force Jobs Into Deposition

Law360, Los Angeles (May 11, 2011, 10:29 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge ruled Monday that Apple Inc. CEO Steve Jobs does not have to sit through depositions in a patent infringement suit brought by Affinity Labs of Texas LLC against the iPhone maker.
