Judge Refuses To Nix Class In Countrywide OT Suit

Law360, New York (May 13, 2011, 4:21 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Friday refused to decertify a class of account executives at Countrywide Financial Corp.'s subprime mortgage unit, but decided to allow a renewed challenge to a survey justifying the plaintiffs' claims for unpaid overtime wages.
