High Court Shuts Down $1.3B Stealth Aircraft Case

Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 3:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to grant either side monetary relief in a decadeslong $1.35 billion dispute between U.S. defense agencies and General Dynamics Corp. and Boeing Co. over a terminated stealth aircraft development contract.
