Feds Subpoena NYT Reporter In CIA Leak Case

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 3:52 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors in Virginia are seeking to force a New York Times reporter to testify at the upcoming trial of an ex-CIA officer accused of leaking classified information to him about an operation to disrupt Iran's nuclear weapons program.
