Judge Won't Delay Civil Case For Rajaratnam Sentence

Law360, New York (June 6, 2011, 5:06 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday refused to delay the trial in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's suit against Galleon Management LP and its founder Raj Rajaratnam until after the convicted hedge fund manager is sentenced Juy 29 for insider trading.
