Senate Panel Hears Calls For SBA Contracting Reforms

Law360, New York (June 16, 2011, 5:36 PM EDT) -- Federal officials told a Senate committee Thursday that the U.S. Small Business Administration must do a better job coordinating its oversight efforts with other agencies when partnering to award contracts to small businesses.
