9th Circ. Stays Facebook Suit Over Twins' Cert Bid

Law360, New York (June 14, 2011, 4:41 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday stayed a copyright suit brought against Facebook Inc. in Massachusetts by the founders of ConnectU Inc. while the plaintiffs appeal their fraud suit over their cash and stock settlement with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg to the U.S. Supreme Court.
