Latham Reps DG In $517M MediaMind Buy

Law360, New York (June 16, 2011, 11:39 AM EDT) -- Advertising solutions outfit DG FastChannel Inc. said Thursday it would pay $517 million for Internet-focused advertising support company MediaMind Technologies Inc. in a move the Dallas-based buyer said would expand its reach.

For DG FastChannel, which has rebranded itself as simply DG, the purchase marks the second acquisition of an Internet advertising company after it bought Web marketing technology company Enliven Marketing Technologies Corp. for $80 million in 2008.
