HHS Wrongly Denied Hospital Reimbursements: DC Circ.

Law360, New York (June 17, 2011, 6:08 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit ruled Friday that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services incorrectly denied Medicare reimbursements to a Texas cancer hospital for its inpatient costs, but correctly rejected its reimbursement request for outpatient costs.
