Golf Club Asks 2nd Circ. To Re-Tee Pitney Bowes Suit

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 5:52 PM EDT) -- A lawyer for a Connecticut golf club told the Second Circuit on Monday that a lower court got it wrong by throwing out its expert testimony and ruling for neighbor Pitney Bowes Inc. in a suit over polychlorinated biphenyl contamination.
