Class Certified In Wage Suit Against Tyco Unit

Law360, New York (June 21, 2011, 10:22 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday certified a class of hundreds of employees of Tyco International Ltd. unit SimplexGrinnell who say they were shortchanged when the safety company ignored New York's “prevailing wage” law on government contracts.
