3rd Circ. Rules For AT&T In Pension Plan Suit

Law360, New York (June 22, 2011, 4:50 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Wednesday upheld the dismissal of a long-running suit against AT&T Inc. brought by a class of nearly 24,000 current and former employees over the management of the company's pension plan.
