Northrop Denied New Talks On Intelligence Contract

Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 6:48 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office said Friday it had rejected Northrop Grumman Technical Services Inc.'s bid to revamp its proposal for a U.S. Army airborne intelligence system contract that was initially awarded to Boeing Co. but is now being reconsidered.

NGTS filed the current bid protest after the GAO found the Army should re-evaluate the Enhanced Medium Altitude
