Class Certified In ERISA Case Vs. HSBC

Law360 (May 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A U.S. District judge has granted class certification to employees of a computer consulting company who claim that HSBC Bank failed to pay them wages and pension plan contributions for two years after it took over the company.
