Judge Caps Award Sought In Wayans Bros. Copyright Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 29, 2011, 9:20 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge said Wednesday that a former assistant who filed a copyright lawsuit alleging the Wayans brothers poached his jokes for the book "101 Ways You Know You're A Golddigger" wasn't entitled to the publisher's profits because the book bombed.
