7th Circ. Lets Tennis Great Connors Off Hook

Law360, New York (July 1, 2011, 12:12 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit ruled Thursday that tennis legend Jimmy Connors was not bound to indemnify his former attorney per the terms of a previous $10.5 million settlement between the men over casino shares, affirming the dismissal of plaintiff Edward Brennan's lawsuit.
