Hollywood PR Firm Denied Workers After-Hours Pay: Suit

Law360, New York (July 1, 2011, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A former employee of Hollywood publicity firm Rogers & Cowan filed a proposed class action against the company in California state court Thursday, claiming that he and others were forced to work after-hours parties and other events without pay or breaks.
