Starbucks Asks Judge To Revisit Wage Statement Claim

Law360, Los Angeles (July 6, 2011, 7:55 PM EDT) -- Starbucks Corp. on Tuesday asked a federal judge to reconsider his decision to let stand a claim in a proposed class action that the coffee chain provided its California baristas with itemized wage statements that made it difficult to calculate total hours worked.
