Activision Blizzard Slapped With Overtime Action

Law360, New York (July 6, 2011, 12:36 PM EDT) -- Activision Blizzard Inc. was hit Tuesday with a proposed wage-and-hour class action in California court claiming the video game maker failed to pay workers in the state proper overtime, among other labor violations.

Plaintiff Tracey Wilson, who says she worked in an hourly nonexempt position in the company's distribution department for several months in 2009 and 2010, is seeking to represent a class of all Activision Blizzard workers in California over the past four years.
