Judge Relinks Charge In Ex-Dick's Atty Kickback Case

Law360, New York (July 6, 2011, 6:50 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge reversed himself Wednesday, reattaching a false statements charge to the rest of the kickbacks case against a former attorney for Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. after previously severing the case.

U.S. District Judge David N. Hurd partially vacated a June 30 order that had split apart the charges.
