Dodgers' MLB Discovery Requests Land Foul: Judge

Law360, New York (July 7, 2011, 2:38 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Thursday shot down the Los Angeles Dodgers’ bid to force broad discovery on Major League Baseball, ruling that the motion was outside the field of play in the financing dispute between the club and the league.
