Infomercial Star Awaiting Prison Accused Of Mail Fraud

Law360, New York (July 7, 2011, 6:59 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors in Texas said Wednesday that they sought an arrest warrant for a convicted real estate fraudster and infomercial star, accusing him of mail fraud as he awaits the start of an 11-year prison sentence.

Eric Rulack Farrington, the convicted motivational speaker and author who starred in a late-night infomercial on making money in real estate, was accused of violating the terms of his 2008 release earlier in April. His jail sentence is scheduled to begin in September.
