MLB Wants Info On McCourt's $5M Highbridge Payment

Law360, New York (July 8, 2011, 5:03 PM EDT) -- Major League Baseball said Friday in Delaware that Highbridge Principal Strategies LLC should be forced to hand over documents related to its proposed $150 million debtor-in-possession financing for the Los Angeles Dodgers, including an alleged $5.25 million payment from the team's owner.
