Combat Simulator Co. Sues Partner Over Broken Pact

Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 1:02 PM EDT) -- Cubic Simulation Systems Inc. — which makes advanced virtual training systems for the military — accused former partner Intelligent Decisions Inc. on Monday in New York of backing out of an agreement to hire Cubic as a subcontractor on a contract with the U.S. Army.

According to the complaint, Cubic has a long history of contracting with the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation, providing combat simulations that allow soldiers to learn basic marksmanship, practice squad tactics and hone use-of-force judgment. ...
