Formosa Tentatively Freed From Defective PVC Case

Law360, Los Angeles (July 11, 2011, 8:00 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Monday tentatively ruled to dismiss claims against manufacturer Formosa Plastics Corp. USA in a J-M Manufacturing Co. Inc. ex-employee's whistleblower suit over purportedly defective PVC piping sold to the government by the former Formosa subsidiary.
