Law360, New York (July 15, 2011, 6:24 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday denied the federal government's request for summary judgment in a False Claims Act qui tam suit against Lockheed Martin Corp., ruling that he could not conclusively say that Lockheed's contract with a supplier was illegitimate.
