Jenner, Weil Rep Hertz In $930M Donlen Purchase

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 11:49 AM EDT) -- Fresh off its winning bid for Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Inc., an acquisition-minded Hertz Global Holdings Inc. said Monday it would buy corporate fleet manager Donlen Corp. for $930 million.

Park Ridge, N.J.-based Hertz said it would pay $250 million for the Northbrook, Ill.-based Donlen — and assume $680 million of the target's debt — with the goal of refinancing that debt at better terms after the deal closes in the third quarter of 2011.
