Toyota Can Appeal Widening Of Acceleration MDL: Judge

Law360, New York (July 20, 2011, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday granted Toyota Motor Corp.'s request to appeal an earlier ruling that allowed Toyota owners whose cars did not have sudden acceleration defects to bring claims in multidistrict litigation against the carmaker.
