Walker Digital Sues Take-Two Over Gaming Patents

Law360, Los Angeles (July 22, 2011, 6:29 PM EDT) -- Walker Digital LLC on Friday slapped video game maker Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. and three subsidiaries with a Delaware lawsuit alleging they infringed on patents for online gaming, the latest in a spate of suits filed by the company in recent months.

Fronted by Priceline.com Inc. founder Jay S. Walker, Walker Digital has sued more than 100 companies in numerous infringement suits in Delaware over the past few months, including technology behemoths Google Inc., Facebook Inc. and Microsoft Corp.
