Judge Says Oracle's IP Row With Google Not Worth $6B

Law360, New York (July 25, 2011, 2:31 PM EDT) -- Calling Oracle America Inc.’s multibillion-dollar damages tabulation in its Android-related patent war with Google Inc. “wishful thinking,” a California federal judge sent the software giant back to the drawing board Friday with a stern warning not to overestimate again.
