Stormtrooper Helmet IP Win Can't Be Enforced: UK Court

Law360, New York (July 27, 2011, 2:38 PM EDT) -- The force was not with Lucasfilm Ltd. on Wednesday in the U.K.'s highest court, which ruled the company could not enforce a $20 million U.S. copyright decision against a British costume maker selling replicas of the stormtrooper helmets from “Star Wars” online.
