NY Post Staffers Told To Keep Docs Over Hacking Claims

Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 9:56 PM EDT) -- New York Post employees were told Friday to keep any documents related to phone hacking or bribes to government officials as the newspaper's parent company, News Corp., faces heat from U.S. and U.K. officials over a British tabloid's phone-hacking scandal.

In a memo emailed to Post staffers Friday afternoon, News Corp.'s legal department instructed employees to "not destroy, discard, alter or change any potentially relevant documents."
