Contractors Not Liable In Army Chopper Crash: 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 2, 2011, 5:52 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit ruled Tuesday that Boeing Co. and other government contractors were not liable for a 2007 helicopter crash in Afghanistan that killed eight U.S. soldiers and injured 14, affirming a lower court's dismissal of a product liability case brought by the soldiers' families.
