9th Circ. Denies Porn Site's Injunction Bid In Google Row

Law360, New York (August 3, 2011, 7:41 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a lower court's decision not to grant a preliminary injunction against Google Inc. in a long-running copyright suit by adult website operator Perfect 10 Inc.

The plaintiff failed to show that it would suffer irreparable harm if Google were enjoined from storing cached versions of the site's copyright images, the appeals court ruled.
