Attorneys Score $30M In Zurich Case

Law360, New York (June 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Policyholders affected by the antitrust scandal at insurer Zurich American Insurance Co. are not the only ones that will benefit from the $121.8 million settlement in the case. Plaintiffs attorneys will receive nearly $30 million in fees paid by the insurance company as part of the settlement.
