Former Army Corps Worker Denies $50M Fraud

Law360, New York (August 4, 2011, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A former U.S. Army Corps of Engineers employee pled not guilty Thursday in New Jersey federal court to charges that he and four others scammed the government out of more than $50 million in a bribery and kickbacks scheme involving construction contracts in Iraq.
