Giordano's Owners Target Advisers In $128M Suit

Law360, New York (August 4, 2011, 11:35 PM EDT) -- The owners of Chicago pizzeria Giordano's Enterprises Inc. filed a $128 million suit Wednesday in Illinois against several company franchisees, its ex-chief financial officer, its lawyers and officials at Fifth Third Bank for allegedly conspiring to push them out and force GEI into bankruptcy.
