Apple, Publishers Accused Of E-Book Price-Fixing

Law360, New York (August 9, 2011, 8:39 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. and five of the top publishing companies in the U.S. were hit with a putative antitrust class action in California federal court on Tuesday accusing the companies of conspiring to illegally fix prices for e-books.
