Ex-Marvell Manager Arrested In Insider Trading Probe

Law360, New York (August 10, 2011, 5:07 PM EDT) -- The FBI arrested ex-Marvell Technology Group Ltd. manager Stanley Ng on Wednesday in California for allegedly feeding inside tips about the company's financial health to a consultant at expert networking firm Primary Global Research LLC.

Ng, who was arrested at his home in Cupertino, Calif., appeared before a magistrate judge in the Northern District of California but was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and wire fraud in a complaint unsealed Wednesday in the Southern District of New York.
